Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and request logs to operate and secure the website.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to assess potential franchise fit, contact you about the opportunity, respond to your questions, prevent abuse and maintain appropriate business records.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a franchise agreement or guarantee territory availability.

Who receives it

Access is limited to Cana Café team members and service providers who need the information to operate the website or handle franchise enquiries. We do not sell enquiry information.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes above and legitimate record-keeping. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, subject to any lawful retention requirements. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about the franchise opportunity.
